Step 1.
Open sqldeveloper.exe in Sqldeveloper folder.Step 2.
Click on + sign to create new connection. on the left side
Step 3.
connection name: mydb
username: SYSTEM (type in capital)
passward: 123
a. Click on test. on the right hand side it will say Status: Success.
b. Click on connet
Congratulations now you are ready to work with SQL.
